Payment Data. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. Stripe securely handles payment data on MOOZAPP’s behalf. When a user subscribes or purchases merchandise, the payment details and certain personal data are transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not retain credit card numbers; instead, Moozapp receives a payment token and basic transaction identifiers from Stripe.

Push Notifications. We might request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you might turn them off in your device's settings.

We further retain other, non-personal data/data (“content”) provided by Artists in the app, such as news posts, polls, images, videos, audio files, albums, file names, descriptions, merchandise, prices, Shopify/ Squarespace account details, subscription tiers and prices, as well as other data provided by Artist.
This data serves primarily to fulfill responsibilities to Fan and is stored for as long as Artist’s subscription to the Moozapp platform is active. If an Artist cancels their account or fails to make payment, content will be stored as long as needed in order to fulfill ongoing fan subscriptions that were paid/ renewed by subscriber before artist account was cancelled. Moozapp has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the DPF Program, Moozapp is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
Pursuant to the DPF Program, EU, UK, and Swiss individuals have the right to obtain our confirmation of whether we maintain personal information relating to you in the United States. Upon request, we will provide you with access to the personal information that we hold about you. You may also correct, amend, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
